All invoices must be paid 7 days prior to delivery or pick up via our on line link. We realize that sometimes orders are placed in less than 7 days, in which case you will need to pay when you receive confirmation. We are no longer able to take a card number by phone.  Also, the cafe cannot accept credit card payment for a catering order. We use 2 totally different systems. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. However, we charge a 3% processing fee for all invoices greater than $1000. If you prefer to pya by check, then it must be received 7 days prior to pick up or delivery.



Cancelations made 7 days prior to delivery/pick up will be 100% refundable. 
Cancelations made 2 - 6 days prior to delivery/pick up will be 50% refundable. 
Cancelations made less than 2 days (48 hours) from delivery are NON-REFUNDABLE.


  • All deliveries are subject to schedule availability  

  • 36 hour advance notice needed for delivered orders

  • Monday delivery orders must be placed by 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. You are welcome to pick up when you can't get on our delivery schedule.

  • Catering delivery orders must be selected from our catering menu. We do not deliver Cafe Orders.

  • Feel free to reserve a slot on our delivery schedule as soon as you know you need us. All we need is the date, serving time, location, type of meal and estimated number of guests

  • Minimum food purchase for a Cold Breakfast is $200*

  • Minimum food purchase for a Hot Breakfast is $300*

  • Minimum food purchase for a Cold Lunch is $150*

  • Minimum food purchase for a Hot Lunch is $300*

  • Delivery fee is a minimum of $25 for New Albany, Clarksville, Jeffersonville and Downtown Louisville. *Orders outside of the above mentioned areas are subject to a higher food purchase minimum and delivery fee.

  • Cold buffets will require an upcharge of at least $10 and hot food buffets require a $25 - $55 upcharge fee, as they take more time for set up and require special equipment to keep the food hot for transport.

  • Currently, we do not offer delivery service after 1:00 p.m. during the week and not at all on Saturdays.

  • Breakfast deliveries will be made no earlier than 6:45 a.m.          

​We generally allow enough time in our lunch delivery schedule to have our clients set up for lunch 15 minutes prior to the eating time.  However, in an effort to service as many customers as possible, we may sometimes need to arrive a little earlier and in rare cases, slightly closer to the eating time.  Please be prepared to accept your delivery at least 30 minutes prior to your requested time.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pick Up Orders 

Pick Up orders may be picked up during the following times:

Monday 8 a.m. - Noon

Tuesday - Friday 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Saturday 9 a.m. - Noon

We require a 36 hour notice for hors d'oeuvres as we do not keep all of the necessary items on hand and will need time to purchase the product. If your order is large and you have limited refrigeration space, we will try to make special arrangements to stay later if needed. Please understand that all orders are subject to scheduling availability.​


If your order is picked up or delivered in Indiana you will pay 7% sales tax on food, beverage and delivery. If your order is delivered in Kentucky you will pay 6% sales tax.  If you are a tax exempt entity it is your responsibility to provide documentation when placing your order.



With the opening of Terri Lynn's Café, we have discontinued special event catering. We will continue to deliver disposable breakfast, lunch and snacks Monday thru Friday. We can recommend a florist and a rental company who can assist with your presentation needs.
