
CATERING POLICIES
PAYMENTS
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. However, we charge a 3% processing fee for all invoices greater than $1000. All invoices must be paid prior to delivery or pick up.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pick up time. For large orders, you will need to follow the terms outlined in your contract.
DELIVERY POLICIES
We generally allow enough time in our lunch delivery schedule to have our clients set up for lunch 15 minutes prior to the eating time. However, in an effort to service as many customers as possible, we may sometimes need to arrive a little earlier and in rare cases, slightly closer to the eating time. Please be prepared to accept your delivery at least 30 minutes prior to your requested time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Party Express and Family Pick Up Orders
Party Express and Family Pick Up orders may be picked up during the following times:
Monday 9 a.m. - Noon
Tuesday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Saturday by appointment
We are closed on Sunday
If your order is large and you have limited refrigeration space, we will try to make special arrangements to stay later if needed. Please understand that all orders are subject to scheduling availability.
SALES TAX
If your order is picked up or delivered in Indiana you will pay 7% sales tax on food, beverage and delivery. If your order is delivered in Kentucky you will pay 6% sales tax. If you are a tax exempt entity it is your responsibility to provide documentation when placing your order.
OFF SITE EVENT CATERING
We no longer do full service event catering. We continue to deliver breakfast, lunch and snacks Monday thru Friday with all drop off service. We can recommend a florist and a rental company who can assist with your presentation needs.
